Curtis Niles was such a great help during the home inspection process. He was very thorough in his assessment of the property, not to mention all the helpful tips he was so willing to share. Curtis and his wife Lori have been such a wonderful resource for me I cannot thank them enough. I have had Curtis inspect three of my properties and he was VERY thorough. I have had other inspectors in the past and he walks you through and step by step explains how severe an issue is. Lori is very wonderful and knowledgeable also (they make a great team). If you want top notch inspection I recommend and have been to everyone I know who is purchasing a property.

If you are purchasing a home and need an inspector I highly recommend Armored Home Inspections! My husband and I are on a time crunch, being that we decided to close on a house in 30 days and needed to find an inspector ASAP. Lori was so friendly and helpful scheduling us, especially since it was a holiday weekend. She was able to accommodate the day and time that worked for us, with only a couple days notice. Chris and Curtis both aided in the three inspections we required. Curtis completed the wood infestation inspection and was so nice to let us know the results and checked to see if we had any questions before he left. Chris did an outstanding job completing our general inspection. As he was going through the entire house while we were there he explained everything he was checking and any findings he had. He was so willing to answer all of our questions and gave us very valuable advice. He had a very detailed report sent over to us in less than 24 hours.

Curtis and the rest of the team at Armored Home Inspections are terrific to work with. I was so pleased with the through and professional way that Curtis conducted my home inspection. I left the meeting comforted that I was making a sound investment. The detailed report and photographs were a very powerful tool for my real estate agent to use in negotiating credits for some of the outdated services at our home. Having save us more than $3,000.00 on the cost of our home I feel confident saying that Curtis’ services were more than worth the investment. I contacted Curtis through a Professional Industry website he was associated with. I can only say that from my start to finish I enjoyed working with Curtis and his Staff.
First, I called the contact number from the website and was greeted by a friendly person with a tremendous willingness to help. My home inspection required immediate assistance because of the closing date agreed to by all the parties involved in my home purchase.
Next, we set up a timely date with a couple of days of the original call and Curtis arrived on time and prepared to complete the job. Moreover, he completed the home inspection of a 1600 square ft. house in about three hours. It was a very thorough inspection and as time has gone on we have had no major issues since owning this property.
Finally, the Staff and Curtis are a professional organization with a great deal knowledge about home issues. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

There is nothing that can I say about my experience with Armored Home Inspections that hasn’t already been said! I was referred by my co-worker who couldn’t stop talking about the positive experience that he had with his home inspector Mr. Niles. Making that phone call was the best thing that I could have done. Lori and Mr. Niles were very professional, pleasant, and patient with me. They answered all of my questions, even the ones that I didn’t know that I should be asking! I used Armored Home Inspections based on a recommendation from my agent. Mr. Niles was amazing. He scheduled the inspection based around my free time, which was great. I can’t recommend Curtis and his team higher enough! They were able to inspect our house quickly after we contacted them. I used Armored Home Inspections, LLC for my home inspection. My agent recommended them based on her experience with another client. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Curtis was on time, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very very thorough. I walked around with him during the inspection process and he pointed out so many things that I would not have known on my own. He took the time to explain everything recognizing I may have not been familiar with various areas he was inspecting. Buying our first home in PA has been a rather daunting task especially considering our last home purchase was back in 2002 in a much different part of the country. A lot has changed since then as you can imagine. Knowledge is power, when making a large investment in a home in which you can never have enough. When you want a knowledgable, comprehensive inspection with great service look no further!! Armored Home Inspections will give you all the details you need to make an informed decision on your property! I wouldn’t buy a property without getting Curtis and his teams inside, outside, above and underneath look first!! Professional, friendly & dependable sums it up! I found them on Yelp and decided to give them a shot! So glad I did!! I recommend you do the same!

I used Curtis of Armored Home Inspections for a general inspection, wood infestation test, and radon test for a two-family investment property that I’m buying in Ardmore, PA. My experience with him was very positive. He came recommended to me by my boss, who bought a house in Haverford, and I would recommend him too.
Curtis invited me to attend the inspection and I followed him around the property. The inspection was very thorough. He explained his findings to me as they occurred, and he answered my many questions completely. I had some follow up questions and he spent time with me on the phone discussing some of the issues that arose during the inspection.
Curtis was a very nice person and he came off very knowledgeable about his service. He was able to explain how to repair certain findings and the estimated cost for the repair. All in all, I couldn’t have asked more from him and I plan to use him again shortly. After attending the inspection, I felt that I had a complete picture of the property’s future maintenance schedule.
